Bringing Safe Electricity

Ever Wondered Why Our Composite Insulators Set the Standard?

Discover the Process

Pultrusion The fiberglass is fed into a pultrusion machine, which continuously pulls and forms solid rods.

This method guarantees consistent mechanical properties along the entire length of each rod, making our rods reliable and robust.
Fiberglass
Sourcing
We source our high quality fibre glass of 4800 Tex ECR Grade from Owens Corning, the world’s leading fiberglass manufacturer.

Their superior materials ensure our rods deliver exceptional strength, consistency, and reliability.
Silicone Rubber
Molding

Using programmable injection molding ,silicone rubber is precisely molded around the central fiberglass rod, forming protective weather sheds and housing.

This creates a tightly bonded, void-free interface that enhances electrical insulation and long-term performance.
Crimping A specialized crimping machine securely attaches metal end fittings to both ends of the fiberglass rod.

This ensures strong mechanical anchorage and effective load transfer without compromising the rod’s structural integrity.
Triple Testing
Process

Each finished rod undergoes a rigorous triple testing process to verify mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and overall durability.

This comprehensive quality control guarantees that only the best products reach the market.
