Today, Pioneer stands as a trusted manufacturer of silicone composite polymer insulators for power transmission and distribution networks engineered for voltages from 11 kV to 400 kV. We are also an authorised export channel partner for oil-cooled and dry type power transformers, connecting global infrastructure projects with India’s most reliable manufacturers. Both capabilities are rooted in our deep material expertise in Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) rods, sheets, dog bones, spacers, profiles, rebar, and roof bolts which has anchored our presence in the electrical insulation industry since our earliest years.
Our insulators comply with IEC 61109 and IEC 60815 standards, and are rigorously tested by CPRI and ERDA.
Our GRP bolts, widely used in coal mining, are certified by CMRI, Dhanbad, and approved by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS): making us the second approved manufacturer in India in this category.
