Established in November 2007 under the Companies Act 1956, Pioneer Pultrutech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has steadily built a strong presence in the polymer and composites sector. Certified with ISO 9001:2015 by Transpacific Certifications Ltd., we are committed to delivering consistent quality and innovation.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing units, located in the Phase II and Phase III Industrial Areas of Cherlapally, Hyderabad, are equipped with advanced technology to meet diverse industrial demands.
We began our journey by producing epoxy-based Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) rods, sheets, dog bones, spacers, profiles, rebar, and roof bolts: primarily serving the electrical insulation industry. Over time, our deep expertise in composites and electrical utilities enabled us to expand into the development of silicone composite insulators for power transmission and distribution networks.
Today, Pioneer Pultrutech stands as a trusted name in the industry, driven by engineering excellence, quality manufacturing, and a future-focused approach.
With best-in-class management practices and stringent quality control measures, Pioneer Pultrutech ensures that every product aligns with international benchmarks. Our insulators comply with IEC 61109 and IEC 60815 standards, and are rigorously tested by CPRI and ERDA.
Our GRP bolts, widely used in coal mining, are certified by CMRI, Dhanbad, and approved by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS): making us the second approved manufacturer in India in this category.

A true pioneer in India’s electrical manufacturing space, Mr. Murthy introduced polymer insulator technology from Korea and helped establish large-scale operations in India. With over 30 years of engineering and management experience, he now leads Pioneer as CEO, driving innovation and powering progress across the nation.
